There are a few points of interest that I forgot to mention in the last message. First of all, you don't have to make 2 super fancy 3 layer cakes piped with multi-colored decorator's frosting (although you can if you want to)...Susie's chocolate oatmeal cake is quick, simple, yet amazing (if you want to spice it up...put a sprig of mint and some sliced strawberries on the top!).
Secondly, it would be nice if you dropped the cakes off pre-labeled, so that the people who win them know what they are (i.e. chocolate oatmeal cake, carrot cake, cherry almond cake, etc.).
Lastly, drop off time is ideally 4:30 p.m. so that the workers are stressing out that it's 5 p.m. and the cake walk has started and there aren't any cakes there to give away yet.
